1. Service Visit Charge

The service visit charge of ₹349 (or as applicable) is non-refundable as it covers the inspection and diagnosis of your appliance by our qualified technicians.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If service was not provided due to our inability to complete the repair
  • If there was a billing error on our part
  • If the service was cancelled before our technician arrived at your location

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Service visit charge (inspection and diagnosis fee)
  • Parts that have been installed and used
  • Labor charges for completed work

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date:

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

5. Warranty Claims

If you experience issues with our repair work within the warranty period, we will re-inspect and repair at no additional charge. Warranty terms are communicated at the time of service completion.
